About the Role
Duties and Responsibilities: The Program Director is responsible for maintaining the daily administration of our residential facility; conducting and reviewing performance evaluations of staff in accordance with the policies of Fulfillment Family Services, LLC. In addition, they will monitor and provide feedback on staff performance on a regular basis, meet routinely with the facility director and staff, and communicate regularly with the community. In addition, the director is responsible for monitoring and maintaining an accurate stock of equipment and supplies.
Requirements
The Program Director must be proficient in executing the following requirements:Â
• Examining all curriculum and service delivery models for relevance, adequacy, and precision.
• Evaluating and monitoring program implementation
• Coordinate and oversee documentation processes
• Orienting, training, and supervising personnel and staff according to Fulfillment Family Services, LLC's policies.
• Compiling personnel reports
• Participates in the development and implementation of client-specific service plans.
• Modify and coordinate all offered services to Fulfillment Family Service, LLC. clients
• Reviewing and signing off on all program data collection proceduresÂ
• Making sure that all clients of Fulfillment Family Services practice appropriate personal hygiene
• Investigating all incidents and completing all necessary paperwork
• Maintaining the client-to-staff ratio as outlined by Fulfillment Family Services' residence policy.
• Monitoring practices for behavior management
• Overseeing all residential security in accordance with Fulfillment Family Services, LLC's policy.
• Planning and directing the execution of monthly fire exercises.
