Specialized Services: Community Coaching and Community Engagement
Fulfillment Family Services provide a variety of services to the community, including Community Coaching. This service is designed to provide one-to-one support for individuals who need specific skills or skillsets to address any barriers preventing them from engaging in their community. We are committed to helping our clients feel understood and fully supported.
As a premier group home providing residential services and skill building activities to people with developmental disabilities and special needs. Our services are tailored to the individual, and incorporate community coaching services focused on maintaining and improving the individual's skills, with the aim of preventing or slowing regression. Each person's plan for supports includes two skill building activities that involve engaging with the community.
At our Group Home, we offer Community Engagement Coaching to help individuals acquire, retain, and improve the skills necessary to live a successful life. Our coaching services focus on building positive social behavior, interpersonal competence, greater independence, employability, and personal choice. We help our clients explore activities in the community such as education, training, retirement, and volunteer activities. Our goal is to provide our clients with the resources they need to make the most of their life in the community.
